Snacks and share entrées to start - Moran Family Farm gilda, crab beignet, AP Bakery focaccia, house-made ricotta. Mains centre around O'Connor sirloin on the bone from Gippsland, Paris mash with burnt butter, and Ramarro Farm greens. Finish with plum tart and anglaise.


A kids' menu is available for younger guests.


Every mum arrives to a glass of Champagne. The rest takes care of itself.
