CHOPHOUSE $1,000 COMPETITION – TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Promoter: The Trustee for Sol Bligh Trust & The Trustee for Mash Bligh Trust (ABN 52 572 738 897), 25 Bligh Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
  2. Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, its related companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  3. How to enter: To enter, participants must complete the competition entry form via the designated QR code or competition landing page and provide the requested details during the promotional period.
  4. Promotional period: The competition opens at 12:00am on Thursday 24 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Thursday 29 October 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
  5. Prize: One winner will receive a $1,000 Chophouse dining voucher to use for lunch or dinner at Chophouse for the winner and up to three guests.
  6. Winner selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
  7. Winner notification: The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the initial notification, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.
  8. Prize conditions: The prize is valued at $1,000 and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The voucher must be used at Chophouse and is subject to standard venue booking requirements and conditions. Any additional costs incurred by the winner or their guests are the responsibility of the winner.
  9. Entry details: By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition. Participants may also opt in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter where separately indicated on the entry form. Participants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
  10. Privacy: Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
  11. General: The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or tampers with the entry process. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary, subject to applicable law.
  12. Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay or technical failure arising from participation in the competition or acceptance or use of the prize.
  13. Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
